Back 2 Basics is a 15-week body-based integration journey that guides you from conditioned survival patterns into more of who you truly are. This is the foundation for unshakeable confidence and a sense of radical aliveness.

It’s a somatic (body-based), Life-skill building re-education in how to be human — how to feel, process, express, and live from your True Self rather than your conditioning.

We live in a culture of stress.

In a mechanised world with ever-evolving technologies, efficiency, productivity, and optimisation reign supreme. That’s all well and good but when we apply machine-related principles to natural things like humans and the Earth, we’re forced into overdrive with no consideration for what we truly need to be well.

When stress is the driving force behind the things humans do, the outcome is more stress.

“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”

It seems to me that in order to bring about “the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible” (Charles Eistensten), we need to break free from the pattern of chronic and habitual stress.

Is this for me?

Back 2 Basics is for dedicated, revolutionary humans willing to begin the process of breaking the persistent and deeply ingrained cultural pattern of chronic stress that’s running our lives for us.

It’s a somatic (body-based), Life-skill building re-education in how to be human — how to feel, process, express, and live from your True Self rather than your conditioning.

Back 2 Basics is for you if:

  • You want real confidence — the kind that comes from accepting and integrating every aspect of yourself, not just from the identity of being excellent at a particular skill(set) or being approved of by others
  • You look capable, confident, and accomplished from the outside but feel stressed, dissatisfied, or like ‘something’s missing’ on the inside
  • You want to understand your emotions, stress reactions, and habitual patterns rather than automatically repeating or ignoring them
  • You’re tired of pushing, forcing, or overriding your true needs/wants/opinions to function but don’t know how to operate any other way
  • You feel called to live with more integrity, aliveness, and courageous emotional honesty
  • You’re open to self-reflection, practice, and repetition — not quick fixes
  • You want practical tools and skills you can return to again and again as Life unfolds
  • You understand the concept of ‘enough-ness’ cerebrally, but still struggle with thoughts like ‘I’m not good enough, slim enough, attractive enough, strong enough, smart enough, confident enough, qualified enough, experienced enough, etc…’

This programme is especially supportive if:

  • You feel overwhelmed by the current state of the world and want to do something that will actually begin creating the change you wish to see
  • You’ve ‘done the work’ intellectually (self-help books, regular talk therapy that didn’t include body-based awareness and integration, podcasts, mindset coaching, positive affirmations, etc) but still feel stressed / ‘not enough’ in your body and day-to-day Life
  • You’ve learned to perform confidence while privately struggling with Self-doubt and Self-criticism
  • You’ve never been taught how to feel, process, or express emotions safely
  • You’ve reached a point where old coping strategies are no longer working

Each week of the Back 2 Basics programme takes you on a guided journey of the first 3 steps. Steps 4 and 5 begin happening as you apply the new-found skills and tools you’re learning in your day-to-day Life, throughout the 15 weeks of the programme and beyond.
